No.02 DARK Blend
Dark Roast · Blend · Brazil, Honduras & Uganda
Tasting notes Dark chocolate · Caramel · Brown sugar
Three coffees. One properly bold cup.
This is the one for people who want their coffee to mean it. The Dark Blend pulls together beans from Brazil, Honduras, and Uganda, roasted darker for a richer, fuller body that holds its own with milk or straight up.
Brazil · Fazenda Nunes
The same naturally processed Bourbon and Catuai from the Nunes family's Cerrado Mineiro farm that anchors our Signature Blend. IMPACT verified, third-generation farming, and the kind of quality-focused approach that shows up in the cup. Grown at 900–1000m, it brings sweetness and body to the base.
Honduras · COMSA Collective
A washed Parainema, Lempira, Typica and Ihcafe 90 blend from one of the more impressive coffee collectives going. COMSA runs its own school for farming communities. The coffee adds caramel-like sweetness, processed with real care: hand-picked ripe cherries, overnight fermentation, and sun-dried on raised beds for up to eight days.
Uganda · Katanda Community, Rwenzori Mountains
Back to the Rwenzori foothills, where a thousand smallholder farmers grow SL14 and SL28 at altitude. Fully washed, structured, and clean. It adds brightness and a bit of backbone to keep things interesting.
Bold without being aggressive. The dark roast you actually want to drink.
