Same farm as No. 06. Same Ana Mustafa, same Castillo grown at altitude in Pereira, same EA Sugarcane decaffeination process that actually respects the flavour. The difference here is simple: we've blended the decaf with the fully caffeinated version, 50/50.

Why bother?

Because some days you want a second cup at 3pm without lying awake at midnight running through your tax return. Half-caff gives you the ritual, the flavour, and just enough caffeine to feel human without the 11pm ceiling stare. It's also genuinely useful if you're sensitive to caffeine but not ready to fully commit to the decaf shelf.
