Las Isabellas is a Rainforest Alliance certified farm, and the coffee reflects the care that comes with that.
Pacamara and Bourbon varieties, grown at 1,300–1,400m, processed naturally for a sweet, fruity result with plum and chocolate notes. Light-medium roasted to keep everything bright and expressive without tipping into acidic territory.
This is El Salvador doing something a bit special. Not what you'd expect, which is exactly the point.
