Rwandan coffee has had a remarkable couple of decades.
The Inzovu lot - Bourbon and Typica, grown at 1,400–1,900m, fully washed, hand sorted at the Rwanda Trading Company in Kigali - is a good example of how far the country's coffee industry has come. Fruity and sweet with a mild cranberry brightness. Clean, approachable, and thoroughly likeable.
