Mexican Arabica varieties - Bourbon, Catuai, Typica, and Caturra - decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process, which draws on glacial water from Pico de Orizaba, the highest mountain in Mexico. Like Swiss Water, it's entirely chemical-free. Unlike most decafs, it actually tastes like something worth drinking.
Medium roasted for a mellow, nutty cup with milk chocolate sweetness and low acidity. Light enough to work as filter, smooth enough for espresso. A gentle, approachable decaf that earns its place in the range.
